Two Story Mitigation in Fall Creek

This week I would like to highlight a mitigation we performed in Fall Creek. A realtor contacted me for a mitigation after the home inspector had found high levels of radon. The home was a two story custom built house with a full unfinished basement. The mitigation was $1200 installed with a retest to ensure radon was at acceptable levels. We drilled a 3" hole into the slab of the basement and drilled a 4" hole through the exterior brick. After placement of fan, wiring, and piping we installed matching guttering downspout for the discharge piping. The levels came back well below the initial test and no further action was required! We took care of the future homeowners and the realtors within the time constraints of the real estate transaction while also making sure the system was aesthetically pleasing!
