Radon Mitigation

Radon mitigation can usually be completed in 1-2 days. After completion a re-test is required to confirm proper functioning of system.

Basement Mitigation

Basement mitigations begin with drilling a 3"-4" through the slab. Once the suction pit has drilled pipe placement begins. Piping is ran either to the exterior of structure or up into the attic. A fan is then placed with a electrical disconnect switch within reach. PVC piping or guttering downspouts are then ran above the roof eave or through the roof. All holes and cracks are then sealed.

Crawlspace Mitigation

Crawlspace mitigations encompass a similar process. Piping and fans are installed exactly in the same manner as a basement. The crawlspace is then encapsulated with a high grade vapor barrier. All seams are sealed and vapor barrier is fastened to all walls.
